free from anywhere in the continental USA at 800-729-3111. Outside
of the continental USA call 641-693-8691 or 641-693-3611, Monday
- Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CDT (central daylight time). All new gear
orders are drop shipped directly to you.
Payment for
orders within the USA can be made by VISA, MC, or Discover credit
cards or by money order, cashier's check or certified check.
Payment for
international orders can be made by VISA, MC, or Discover credit
cards and by Pay Pal. To arrange Pay Pal payment please call or
email for details. Wire transfer service is also available - please
contact us for details. A minimum $24 fee is charged for wire transfer
service. Sorry, personal checks cannot be accepted for foreign orders.
Where applicable, before we process your order, we'll contact you
to quote special shipping charges, reply to your bid on a bid-price
item, and provide additional details about the vintage or used item
that you ordered.

All checks and money orders must clear our bank before your order
is shipped. Orders shipped to a different address than the credit
card billing address require that all the credit card information
be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties
from unauthorized credit card use. Vintage Drum Center reserves
the right to refuse an order.
Items less than $20 cannot be backordered unless they are the only
item ordered, otherwise the entire order may be held until all items
are in stock.

Vintage
Layaway Plan
You can purchase a vintage or used item listed on our Web site by
using our Vintage Layaway Plan. Here's how it works:
First, remit a deposit of 25% of the purchase price of the item
that you are purchasing. This guarantees you that your item will
be placed on reserve for you. Then make regular installment payments
every 2 to 4 weeks for a period of 1 to 3 months. After we have
received your final payment we will ship your order to you.
You can also trade-in your vintage gear for credit instead of remitting
a deposit payment. Just submit our trade-in form and we'll call
you to discuss the credit amount and arrange your
personalized payment schedule.

Please note that a minimum purchase of $250 is required for setting
up a layaway plan. Also, a 25% restocking fee will apply if you
cancell your order or return your item for a refund, credit or exchange.
Please note that late installment payments in excess of three weeks
may result in the cancellation of your layaway plan and a 25% cancellation
fee.
