We truly appreciate you shopping with us and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for credit, exchange or refund of the full merchandise price. Cymbals may be exchanged only. Single hi-hat cymbals and sizzle cymbals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Non-returnable items are CDs, DVDs, books, heads, sticks, microphones, snare wires and special order items. (Note: stock status of some products may occasionally change from regular status to special order status. If the item you ordered has recently changed to special order status and this change has not been updated yet on our website, we'll notify you for your approval before processing your order).
RETURNS
Before returning any item please contact us first for a return authorization (RA) number and complete return instructions including a designated return address. Returned items will not be accepted without an RA number.
To receive full a full refund or credit for the merchandise price,
returned items must be in exactly the same condition as when received
and arrive back to us no later than 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be fully insured, shipped pre-paid and include
all original packaging materials and accessories. New items must
show no signs of wear. If the item is not returned in the same condition
as when received, or if any accessories, owner's manual, blank warranty
card, etc., are missing, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply
or disqualification. If the carrier returns any item because it
was refused or undeliverable, a 15% - 20% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include
a copy of your receipt with your return.
If free gear
was included with your order as a special promotion and you are
returning your purchased items, then the free gear must be included
with returned purchased items. Returned free gear is also subject
to the same return conditions as purchased items described in this
section. Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund
if an order is returned or is undeliverable and was shipped free.
WARRANTY
Every new gear item we sell is covered by the full manufacturer's
warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. Please note that
US-based manufacturers will not honor warranties for items sold
and shipped outside of the U.S.A. Warranties are extended to the
original purchaser only.

VINTAGE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM
We strive daily to acquire drums and cymbals that meet our criteria
of quality, historic appeal, collectibility, and value. Each vintage
and used item we acquire is carefully inspected ( see ''How to Inspect
a Vintage Drum'') and graded according to its condition (see ''Our
Grading System''). Then at the time you place your order, our President,
Ned Ingberman, will personally give you a detailed and thorough
description of the item you are buying. We want you to get nothing
less than what you expect. |
